The Chicago Police Department obtained a search warrant for my client’s home. When the police executed the search warrant they found my client inside the home. In the home they also found firearm ammunition, forty-five (45) pills of MDMA, a large quantity of cocaine and cannabis. They found proof of residency as well. My client had been to prison before so the prosecutor was seeking significant prison time on these charges. The evidence was against us, however, we always fight for our clients. We went to trial and after a vigorous cross-examination of the police officers, the judge found my client not guilty of all charges! He walked out of court.Result: Not Guilty of All Charges after Trial
